Broken Beyond Repair

Ask someone with no strength left,
Who's just living for the sake of it,
No one understands the pain,
Until they've been through it.

My lost battles have shattered me,
In pieces, beyond repair,
A wound that never heals,
A burden too heavy to bear.

Some losses leave a void forever,
A silent, aching tear,
And I've given them all the power,
To amplify my fear.

With no strength to fight the battles,
Just existing for the show,
I'm caught in this unending pain,
